Fall Production
After
spending all fall studying about seasons, weather,
mushrooms, trees, leaves, squirrels, apples, and pumpkins,
it is time to show what the classes have learned. The six
groups get ready by practicing their parts for the
production.

Mrs. Waldron,
the P.E. teacher helps the artist interpreters put movement
to her poem about fall.

The art museum
curators choose the work to go in the museum, and mount it
on the walls with Mrs. Bannon's help. They practice talking
to the visitors, telling them about the work to be viewed
and encouraging them to leave comments for the artists on
post-it notes.
The authors and
poets make copies of their stories and poems that they will
read and autograph.

The show is on and
the artist interpreters are into their production. See the
swirling leaves and falling apples?

The musicians
with the help of Ms. D'Elosua, their music teacher, have
created a two songs which they sing for the
visitors.

The technology
crew is proud to present their "What Tree Is It?" slide
show, plus the other individual shows.

Unfortunately,
the photographer forgot to get pictures of the actors
performing their play but it was marvelous.
Everyone is tired
but the Producers all had a fabulous time learning about
fall. The best part was sharing what they learned in so many
ways.

You can look forward
to a winter production coming soon!
