In the year 2026 the Capsule will be opened again - on the 25th anniversary of its burial.
The 6th graders in 2001 were approximately 12 years old.
In the year 2026 they will be around 37 years old.
The students who were at Wolftrap in 1976 when the first Capsule was buried (to celebrate the Bicentennial) will be around 62 years old in 2026.
