Cameras have been installed on the stop arms of 50 of our school buses. Our law enforcement partners are working with us to improve road safety and reduce accidents.

Dr. Reid writes about all the great things happening in Fairfax County Public Schools. This week, she learned about puzzle cubes, visited schools and the FCPS warehouse, took in some playoff basketball games and an elementary school musical, did a breakfast food taste test, and more!

FCPS hosted its Second Annual Future of FCPS Student Food Show at the Westfields Marriott in Chantilly. Students from eight high schools, eight middle schools, and 12 elementary schools were invited to sample 24 food items.

Students from Centreville High School and the Fair Oaks Classroom on the Mall program will open their annual Prom Dress Shop, which provides attire to economically disadvantaged students, on Friday, March 7 at 5 p.m. at Centreville High School.
