Bid Openings

All bid openings for the Office of Facilities Management must be dated and time-stamped in Room 16, Office of Facilities Management, Sideburn Support Center, 5025 Sideburn Road, Fairfax, Virginia 22032.  Bids received after the date and time stated in the bidding documents will not be accepted.  Public bid openings are held at the same location unless otherwise noted.  In the event of inclement weather that closes the Fairfax County Public Schools Administrative Offices, bids will be due and opened at the same time, the following business day. Logistical Services Section – Current Solicitations

Fairfax County Public Schools, Office of Administrative Services, Contract Administration Section is responsible for awarding contracts for facilities modifications and minor improvements to Fairfax County Public School buildings. Contractors requesting notification of FCPS solicitations are encouraged to submit a bidders mailing list application. An email address is required on the application. The Contract Administration Section strives to maintain current and accurate contractor information. Thus, contractors must notify our office annually of new email addresses and mailing addresses. Pre-Qualification Application

Fairfax County Public Schools, Office of Facilities Management accepts prequalification applications from contractors for Re-roofing Projects.  The below Prequalification Application must be submitted for approval no later than 60 days prior to an established bid opening as advertised within the Current Solicitations Section.
