Addenda

Changes and addenda to a solicitation for the Office of Facilities Management may occur prior to the bid date and time.  It is the responsibility of the bidder to check this listing frequently or call Angela Mylechraine at 703-764-2457.  Failure to acknowledge the addenda on the proposal/bid form may result in a bid being deemed non-responsive and consequently rejected.

Bid Openings

All bid openings for the Office of Facilities Management must be dated and time-stamped in Room 16, Office of Facilities Management, Sideburn Support Center, 5025 Sideburn Road, Fairfax, Virginia 22032.  Bids received after the date and time stated in the bidding documents will not be accepted.  Public bid openings are held at the same location unless otherwise noted.  In the event of inclement weather that closes the Fairfax County Public Schools Administrative Offices, bids will be due and opened at the same time, the following business day. Logistical Services Section – Current Solicitations

Listed below are current solicitations and contracting information for Facilities Maintenance/Repair Projects currently being advertised by Fairfax County Public Schools, Office of Facilities Management – Logistical Services Section which serves the Satellite Offices, Warehouse, and Plant Operations Section and is supported by the Buyer Supervisor located at  5025 Sideburn Road, Fairfax, Virginia 22032.

There are no current solicitations for the Logistical Services Section at this time.

Bidder's Mailing List Application

Fairfax County Public Schools, Office of Administrative Services, Contract Administration Section is responsible for awarding contracts for facilities modifications and minor improvements to Fairfax County Public School buildings. Contractors requesting notification of FCPS solicitations are encouraged to submit a bidders mailing list application. An email address is required on the application. The Contract Administration Section strives to maintain current and accurate contractor information. Thus, contractors must notify our office annually of new email addresses and mailing addresses. Please complete the below application (pdf), and return as indicated on the application. 

Pre-Qualification Application

Fairfax County Public Schools, Office of Facilities Management accepts prequalification applications from contractors for Re-roofing Projects.  The below Prequalification Application must be submitted for approval no later than 60 days prior to an established bid opening as advertised within the Current Solicitations Section.
