The Part-time Advanced Academic Program (Level III) extends and enriches the FCPS Program of Studies in the four core content areas. Eligibility for part-time Advanced Academic Programs (Level III) is determined by a school-based screening committee.
The Office of Division Counsel provides legal advice and legal defense for Fairfax County Public Schools. The office also responds to VFOIA (Virginia Freedom of Information Act) and FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) requests. The office reports to the Superintendent.
