- Percent of teachers, literacy leaders, and principals who report implementation of core literacy instruction on evidence-based literacy curriculum for the entire literacy block.
- School Based Leaders (e.g., School Based Administrators, Literacy Leaders) participate in professional development on Evidence Based Literacy Practices and Science Based Reading Research.
