VRS Hybrid Defined Contribution Plans
Voya Transition
In early January 2025, your VRS Hybrid Retirement Plan 401(a) and 457(b) accounts transferred from MissionSquare to VRS’s new record keeper, Voya.
Once accounts transition to Voya, members need to register their new accounts. You will receive a Voya notification with instructions to visit dcp.varetire.org/login to set up your online account. For further assistance, please call 1-877-327-5261.
- New members and members who did not have a MissionSquare online account previously, will receive a PIN from Voya by way of U.S. mail in early January. The PIN will be required to establish a new online account with Voya.
- Members who had an existing online account with MissionSquare will not receive a PIN as a PIN will not be needed to establish their new online accounts with Voya. No re-registration is needed for those with an existing account. Members will use their current account information to login.
Please note: You will have access to your historical Plan information on the MissionSquare Retirement website through June 30, 2025.
As a reminder, Voya will be hosting a series of information sessions to help employees learn more about the new tools and resources available. These sessions will introduce you to Voya, and discuss plan improvements, key dates/tasks and available resources.
