
Lidi has been with Fairfax County Public Schools since 2004. She began her career with us as a program evaluation specialist in the then Office of Program Evaluation where she was promoted to manager in 2011. In 2017 she was then promoted to Director of the Office of Research and Strategic Improvement. Lidi has over 25 years of expertise in quantitative and qualitative research and program evaluation in education and in child development. She is known for having an excellent work ethic and for always going beyond what is expected. She is also a big proponent of team-building and two-way communication. She is always ready to listen to all voices and to work together to find solutions that are beneficial and impactful to the project as well as the team. Her reputation as a critical thinker and respectful colleague, as well as her skills in understanding and interpreting data will serve the Office of TJ Admissions well as they continue to provide, implement, and guide the continuing cultivation of equitable beliefs and practices amongst all members of the FCPS community through the lens of the office.
Ms. Hruda received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Oberlin College and her Master of Science in Education from the University of Kansas. She has also completed a PhD program in Education and Psychology from the University of Michigan.
