Fairfax County Neighborhood and Community Services
(NCS) Schedules
- Athletic fields, gyms, and tracks for non-profit athletic organizations that are holding non-fee-based activities (such as practices, games, free camps, clinics, tryouts, meets, and running events that are included in regular league fees).
NCS charges $5.50 per Fairfax County resident for a gym, diamond fields, and track use, and $8.00 for rectangular field use. A higher fee is charged for non-Fairfax County residents. This is a one-time charge for the entire season. NCS verifies residency by reviewing rosters submitted by the group before receiving a final permit. The rosters must include participants' names and addresses. For one-time use, events rosters are not required and the fee is a $50 one-time use fee charge. Fee information on league tournaments is available on the NCS website.
