Description: Partners with new special education teachers to ensure equity, opportunities, and access for all students; increases the quality and effectiveness of classroom instruction; closes achievement gaps and provides job-embedded professional learning and coaching focused on the implementation of best practices in educating students with disabilities; stays current with trending educational research and new learning methodology; uses data to make informed decisions. Qualifications: A minimum of four (4) years of progressive teaching experience within the core content areas of literacy, mathematics, social studies, or science, required. Description: The Adult and Community Education (ACE) ESOL program is searching for a Lead Teacher to support morning classes. Facilitates delivery of adult ESOL instructional offerings on-site; provides administrative and instructional support and guidance to teachers and students; acts as a liaison to FCPS staff and external stakeholders; maintains compliance with federal, state, and local legislation, FCPS regulations, and grant funding requirements; oversees the collection and reporting of data for mandated reporting; participates in meetings and professional development activities as needed.
