Deferred Compensation Investment Committee
Information on the Investment Committee, Including Bylaws and Meeting Materials
The 403(b) and 457(b) Plans provide a broad range of investment choices to provide eligible participants the opportunity to save for retirement on a tax-deferred basis. Fairfax County Public Schools' Deferred Compensation Investment Committee (the "Committee") ensures decisions made are in the best interest of the Plans’ participants and that the Plans' assets are managed in accordance with all relevant laws governing their operation. Fiduciaries are not responsible for losses resulting from the participant's investment selection, or from any action taken in accordance with the participant's investment direction.
The Committee meets each quarter, and occasionally off-cycle, to review the Plans’ performance. Below you will find the materials from each Committee meeting for the previous two years.
