Welcome to MyPDE, the FCPS Professional Development and Performance Evaluation System.

MyPDE supports a comprehensive approach to professional development and employee performance evaluations. It is a central repository for all FCPS professional development and training, which includes a library of online courses and resources. The system provides a structure for a fully online process for all employee performance evaluations, which may include goal setting, self assessment, and both mid-year and summative assessments. 

Please use your FCPS username and FCPS password when you log in. Remember to close your web browser when you are done using the application. The preferred browser for MyPDE is Chrome.
