Planning for a major life event, personal issues, or simply managing daily life can impact your health, family, and work performance. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP), provided by Guidance Resources, is a no-cost, work-life benefit for employees and their household members. Services can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Enrollment is automatic, and no paperwork needs to be completed! Guidance Resources provides support, resources, and information for personal and work-life issues, legal and financial consultations, and short-term counseling. Watch this short video to learn more.
