A high school credential is more than a piece of paper. It is the key to a better job, better pay, and greater opportunity. That's why Fairfax County Public Schools offers two pathways for adults to earn a high school credential at Fairfax County Adult High School (FCAHS). The two FCAHS pathways to a credential are:
The High School Equivalency (HSE), which is earned with passing scores on all four subjects of the General Equivalency Diploma (GED) exam
The high school diploma
