Enrolling a Child with an Individualized Education Program (IEP)

To enroll a child with an IEP please contact the school or center where your child will be enrolled.

If you have contacted your child's school and still have questions regarding enrollment, please contact the Procedural Support Liaison (PSL) for your school.  You will need to know your school's pyramid to identify your school's PSL.  To find your school's pyramid, search for your child's school using the school name and then click on the school name.

Contact Your Procedural Support Liaison

Providing information about services or federal, state, or local special education guidelines and procedures. There is one PSL assigned to each pyramid of schools.

Family Resource Center

The Family Resource Center (FRC) offers free webinars, consultations, a lending library, and resources to help adults support the success of all students, including those with learning challenges, special needs, and disabilities. The center was formerly named the Parent Resource Center.

Office of the Ombuds

The FCPS Office of the Ombuds serves as an independent, confidential resource for students, families, community members, and employees who are seeking informal help to answer questions, resolve concerns, and voice complaints regarding FCPS matters.

Office of Employee Relations (OER)

The Office of Employee Relations (OER) ensures fair and equitable treatment of staff and compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as FCPS policies and regulations affecting equal opportunity in education and employment.

Advisory Committee for Students with Disabilities (ACSD)

The Advisory Committee for Students with Disabilities (ACSD) is a local advisory committee for special education, appointed by each local school board, that advises the school board through the division superintendent.
