The Louise Archer Elementary project was identified according to the Renovation Queue, approved in 2009. Louise Archer Elementary project is ranked 41 of 63 schools in the queue. Planning and design for this project were funded by the 2019 bond, with construction funded by the 2021 bond. The completed project will provide modern amenities, including:

• classrooms
• administrative offices
• library
• various site improvements
• the removal of a modular
• adding 50,000 square feet to the building
