Refund Information for Summer Learning Opportunities
Refunds due to Withdrawing
Refund requests must be submitted online by the program’s refund deadline. Please select your student's program from the drop-down menu below.
Note: To request a refund online, the participating student(s) must be added to the ACE online parent or guardian account.
To add students to the parent or guardian account:
- Log into your ACE online account.
- Click the My Profile button.
- Click Edit Profile.
- Click Add Student.
- Enter the student’s information.
- Click Save and Continue.
Refunds can then be requested by clicking Request Refund.
Refund cut-off dates may change if program dates are altered.
On-Time Refund Request
FCPS will process a full refund if the request is received by 11:59 p.m. on June 14, 2024.
Late Refund Request
No late refund requests will be accepted.

FCPS will process the refund by check or to the credit card account on record.
Allow 4-6 weeks for processing.
On-Time Refund Request
FCPS will process a full refund if the request is received by 11:59 p.m. on June 14.

Late Refund Request
For most Online Campus courses refund requests received between June 24 and before 11:59 p.m. on June 25 will be assessed a late cancellation fee of $25. No refund requests received after 11:59 p.m. on June 25 will be approved for these courses.
For Algebra 2 Head Start refund requests received between July 22 and before 11:59 p.m. on July 23 will be assessed a late cancellation fee of $25. No refund requests received after 11:59 p.m. on July 23 will be approved.

Refund requests received after June 18 and before 11:59 p.m. on June 20 will be assessed a late cancellation fee of $25.
No refund requests received after 11:59 p.m. on June 20 will be approved.

- For TJ academic semester courses, refund requests received before 11:59 p.m. on June 25 will be assess a late cancellation fee of $25. No refund requests received after 11:59 p.m. on June 25 will be approved for these courses.
- For TJ academic year-long courses, refund requests received before 11:59 p.m. on June 26 will be assessed a late cancellation fee of $25. No refund requests received after 11:59 p.m. on June 26 will be approved for these courses.
