This year, you may have an opportunity to talk with Dr. Reid at an expanded school visit. She will invite families and caregivers to join her for a morning meeting as she visits schools. She will also meet with students to learn more about their school experience. School communities will be contacted by email as her visits are planned.
Family Vision Group
The FCPS Family Vision Group collaborates with district leadership, led by Superintendent Dr. Reid, to improve student success. Their contributions are essential as we work together to create a thriving learning environment for all students. To learn more, please visit the webpage.
Employee Conversations
Employees are the driving force moving us forward on the path outlined by the strategic plan. Employee voices help us find ways to improve everything from operations to instruction. Dr. Reid enjoys talking with FCPS employees to learn more about their work and ideas and invites all employees to join her for one of these conversations dedicated to employee voices.
Dates and locations for Employee Conversations will be shared via email and in upcoming editions of Employee News.
Leadership Roundtables
Dr. Reid regularly takes time to talk with school and division leaders about their work and the ways different teams support the strategic plan. At these leadership roundtables, conversation flows from what’s happening now to future thinking. At the heart of all these conversations are the ways division leaders support our schools and our future.
