Research applicants will complete fields before submitting a proposal for approval.

Sponsor Commitment Form

Sponsors will complete fields before submitting the form directly to the Division Research Screening Committee. The sponsor form must be submitted by the Sponsor, not the researcher applicant. Applications are not considered complete without an associated sponsor commitment form. Please see the FCPS External Research Application Resource Guide for more suggestions on how to obtain an FCPS sponsor.
